Adult e-Learning

This course is designed on the basis of teachers being adult learners. As such the scenarios presented here are some practical and probable situations that teachers may find themselves in during the source of their work as teachers. Microsoft Live@Edu and a Windows Live ID provides teachers with many opportunities to do thing differently. It is your choice as a teacher to decide which tools you would like to use and when you would like to adopt them. The scenarios therefore do not represent a curriculum – in other words you do not have to systematically work through each scenario. Just work through those scenarios that interest you at this point in your career; then return to these course materials and attempt the other scenarios when you are ready to use different Windows Live tools.

As you work with colleagues on this course you could be supported by a facilitator, but you will soon realise that you can also work through these scenarios on your own and in your own time. We hope that these tools open up a new range of teaching and learning experiences for you and your students.
